Younger, less engaged and educated low info voters are harder to reach for pollsters. That's why pollsters have to overweight them.The question is which polls do this and which don't. If 538 and silverbulletin merely average all the polls, they're like a broad-based index fund that includes garbage stocks and good companies. Nobody does an average of polls filtering out those that don't overweight harder to reach low info voters.
