Wagner’s founder is the Nazi-tattoed Dmitri Utkin of Putin photo-op fame. Utkin's Nazi obsession led him to adopt the call sign Wagner when he was a mercenary in Syria and name the PMC he founded soon after for Hitler's favorite composer.
