There are two possible outcomes:

1. Israel destroys Hamas and frees Gaza from its gangster kleptocracy. The recent protests that have erupted in Gaza against Hamas tell you this outcome is more likely than #2 below.

2. The Hamas/Hizbullah/Iran/ Russia Axis of Extermination destroys Israel's viability as a state. This is less likely due to what Golda Meir told Joe Biden 50 years ago is Israel's secret weapon: "we have nowhere else to go."

You clearly prefer #2 and invent Israeli intention in a legal analysis that isn't in the UN statute to justify your preference.
