The only workable arrangement is:

1. West Bank and Gazan Arabs abandon from the river to the sea and accept that Israel and Jewish sovereignty are permanent.

2. They can have emotionally satisfying grievance and violence, or a life, but not both.

3. Pull the plug on financing the PA until they stop the Jew hatred and from the river to the sea crap. Without US and EU money the PA is bankrupt.
