The Arabs also rejected the Peel Commission partition plan of 1937, which gave to the Arabs 85% of the 22% of the land left after the 1922 creation of Transjordan, in violation of the League of Nations mandate. So it was the principle of Jewish sovereignty over ANY of the land of mandatory Palestine that the Arabs rejected. And this is in fact what their leaders said at the time.
Abbas has repeated this as "no, no, a thousand times no!"
More than half of the 55% the UN's 1947 plan gave to the Jews was the Negev desert. At the time there were 650000 Jews and 860000 Arabs in mandatory Palestine. Jews were about 40% of the population and given a Swiss cheese non-continguous pieces and no Jerusalem. Nevertheless, the Arabs launched a self-declared war of extermination (Azzam Pasha's words). War has consequences. The Germans lost East Prussia and Silesia and 12m of them were expelled from there, Latvia and the Sudetenland. No right of return and they were all resettled. Same for the 300000 Italians from Istria, Ragusa (Dubrovnik) and Fiume (Rijeka).
UNRWA's job was to resettle refugees. Instead the Arabs turned it into the Ministry of Terror Culture.
If you don't dedicate the same energy to Darfur, Yemen, Kurdistan, Syria (1/2m dead), Yazidis and other Muslim-Muslim mass murder, you're just a double standards anti-semite. Assad knows nobody gives a damn about his crimes because he's not a Jew.
