" South korea or Japan became successful without the rigorus help of US which wanted to create a counter balance to USSR and communism. The same stands true for Germany."
--So informal indirect rule imperialism with a Marshall Plan actually works? Really?
"The western exploitation is a historical fact"
--Absolutely. I never wrote that this did not happen. But it doesn't explain the economic and governance failures of the former colonies. For example, its correlation with India having a GDP per capita that's 1/16 of South Korea's is a very simple number: zero. India chose the equality in poverty of socialism until 1991. South Korea chose a mercantilist and protectionist cartelized version of capitalism, at first under dictatorship, then democracy by the late 1980s.
The correlation between Spanish colonization and American intervention with the difference between the failed Venezuelan state exporting 7m refugees and Colombia's, Panama's and Costa Rica's relative prosperity is that same number: zero.
"But Africa,South East Asia, and South America were systematically exploited, ruled by oligarchies supported by the American factor and that s why they remained relatively poor."
--Again, those oligarchies and rule by law monarchies in the so-called Global South predate American involvement by nearly a century. Latin America gained independence from Spain from 1810-21, 75-88 years before the Spanish-American War. Neo-feudal misrule was homegrown. Since 1945 different Latin American countries and Puerto Rico have experienced vastly different economic outcomes, from the failed state of Venezuela to its neighbors Panama and Colombia; from serial defaulter Argentina to much richer Chile, Costa Rica vs Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua and El Salvador; and in post-Soviet Europe Latvian oligarchy vs tech superstar Estonia that's 1/3 richer--WITH THE SAME COLONIZER, whether Spanish or Soviet.
This is a double blind clinical trial that proves it's homegrown misrule or good governance and robust rule of law institutions that drives success or failure. Whether you get a West German Mercedes or an Ossi Trabi is a political decision--whether made by or for you.
Watch the Why Nations Fail video I sent. From space you can see the difference between North and South Korea.

Despite Hindu fascist Modi's best efforts, India isn't yet full on authoritarian. It's what's called an anocracy, between democracy and autocracy. Read How Civil Wars Start by Barbara Walter to learn the difference. The US also risks entering anocracy territory if Trump is reelected.
