South Africa is quite selective in its genocide and apartheid accusations, since its foreign minister and president saw fit to meet with the genocidal RSF Sudan militia commander, whose deployment of mass rape as a weapon of genocidal war was "verging on pure evil" according to the UN's humanitarian coordinator for Sudan:

"Violence against civilians in Sudan is “verging on pure evil,” a senior UNofficial has warned, as fighting escalates seven months into the war between the army and paramilitaries.

“We keep saying that the situation is horrific and grim. But, frankly, we are running out of words to describe the horror of what is happening in Sudan,” said Clementine Nkweta-Salami, the UN humanitarian coordinator for Sudan.

“We continue to receive unrelenting and appalling reports of sexual and gender-based violence, enforced disappearance, arbitrary detentions and grave violations of human and children’s rights,”....

“What is happening is verging on pure evil,” she said, citing reports of young girls being raped in front of their mothers. She said she was worried about the risk of a repeat of the genocide of the early 2000s in this region of western Sudan."

The same SA govt had no problem with Russia's war in Ukraine, which includes the genocidal crime of mass deportation of children.

In the face of selective Jew-taunting accusers, I'll trust FW de Klerk's diagnosis of apartheid since he dismantled that odious system I marched against in Amherst in 1975.

The SA govt's lawyers presenting their ICJ case relied on an old discredited 2009 Goldstone Report whose author himself has disavowed it because it was about as reliable as the recent Al Jazeera report of Israeli troops raping Gazan women. https://www.ngo-monitor.org/reports/initial-report-uns-permanent-coi-targeting-israel/

The SA govt's lawfare at the Hague is dismantled here by Norman Goda (at min 20:26): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P886S_8Bmdk&t=9s

Again, reread the UN statute instead of just engaging in the invention of intention.
