It's the old story of yesterday's solution becoming tomorrow's problem. We used Stalin to beat Hitler and got the cold war. Then we used mujahedeen jihadis to beat the Soviets and got Al Qaeda. Whoever we use to beat Iran and its 3H proxies will become tomorrow's problem.
