Power abhors a vacuum. Here's the empire menu:

1. USA's rule of law private opulence with public squalor corporatocracy (iPhone).

2. Russia's feudal kleptocracy (Nokia)

3. China's social credit surveillance communist mafia state (Blackberry).

None of the above isn't on the menu. And there are no other geopolitics restaurants.

Until you put 2 and 3 out of business, you can't get replace 1 with the EU shared sovereignty model. Get over it.
