The entire postwar suburban buildout of the USA has to be reversed back to much higher density housing that makes it idiot-proof easy for families with kids to safely and cheaply get around without a car. Out with the car and in with the bakfiets. If you don't know what a bakfiets is, you're a source of energy profligate inefficiency.
