4. QAnon shaman Jason Chansley standing at the House Speaker's chair and Bigo with his feet on Pelosi's desk.

5. MTG's Jewish space laser lighting up California.

6. Anti-vaxxers using yellow stars and fulminating about "needle Nazis" and vaxx "brownshirts".

7. Mr. Camp Auschwitz in the Capitol "tourists visit" and "lovefest"

8. Paul Gosar's alliance with holocaust-denying neo-Nazi Auschwitz cookie man Nick Fuentes and the "peaceful patriots" of January 6.

9. Trumplicans cheering for the racehorse theory you people in (Nordic) Minnesota have the best genes.

I marched against the Vietnam War and American war crimes for the flag, not against it.

I helped Salvadoran and Guatemalan victims of death squad repression get political asylum in Canada for the flag, not against it. Don't tell me I love my country less than you do because my politics are left of center. That is authoritarian, narcissistic nationalism that brands dissent as treason.

Those who protest to force the US to live up to the aspirations of its founding documents deserve more respect than the pseudo-patriotic traitors who invaded the Capitol incited by a Big Liar who told them a Big Lie.

Respect for the flag is earned, not owed. That's why Russia changed its flag after the USSR died. That's why those waved the stars and bars in the Capitol and in Charlottesville are traitors who disrespect the American flag more than any leftie who waved it upside down in protest ever did. It's now clear that General Mark Milley was the constitutional oathkeeping patriot who saved our constitutional order from the authoritarian coup-plotting traitor you voted for and the treasonous "Oathkeepers" who assaulted the Capitol on his orders.
