Anti-semitism is the worldview and conspiracy theory that failed or insecure empires and other monotheisms invent to self-medicate their deep disappointment that we're still here when all other peoples from 4000 years ago are in history's cemetery. Some malevolent conspiracy or evil trickery must explain why we're still here. Hence the Protocols and hidden conspiratorial power, blood libel, shape-shifting bankers and bolsheviks, dual loyalty canards.
