This is typical of double standard anti-semitism: expressing ahistorical evidence-free opinions without knowing facts on the ground.
Israel already has 2m Arab citizens who enjoy equal rights. Ask Stanford MBA Sophia Khalifa, Arab daughter of an illiterate Bedouin mother and Lucy Ahrysh, Muslim Arab Israeli TV journalist from Dimona (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=bari+weiss+lucy+ahrish).
PA president Abu Mazen has said "not a single Jew will live in Palestine." And he means "from the river to the sea." So who's practicing apartheid and planning genocide?
You are denying Jewish sovereignty by negating the Jewish state's right to determine who's allowed to immigrate. Israel's Law of Return is a sovereign right.
Thus, you are a double standards anti-semite since you don't ask the same of France, the UK, Canada, the US, Australia, etc. When you ask a Jewish state to surrender a sovereign right you'd never ask of another, it's the very definition of double standards.
You also overlook that every Arab state but Jordan has denied Palestinians citizenship. In Lebanon they can't buy property, work in many professions, go to university. You want apartheid-style rights denial, look in the Arab world, not Israel.
