I'd be very happy to see a Russia negotiate its withdrawal from Ukraine and declare its annexations null and void.

Ukraine has said many times that if Russia withdraws the war ends. Ukraine has no interest in governing Belgorod or Novorossisk, much less Moscow. Ukraine has no interest in filling filtration camps with Russians, deporting Russian children to Lviv, filling mass graves with Russians from Samara and Orenburg, bombing Moscow, plundering the Hermitage like Russia plunder the Kherson art museum. See the asymmetry? Clearly not yet.
