ICC Issues More Arrest Warrants

Activist ICC launches retroactive moral equivalence lawfare

Declaring that the ICC’s jurisdiction included granting to all of history’s defeated the right to redress wrongs by putting history into reverse gear, the ICC issued the following retroactive arrest warrants:

  • Against Abraham Lincoln for Sherman’s march to the sea and Jefferson Davis for the kidnapping of escaped slaves by Confederate troops at Gettysburg and for the shelling of Fort Sumter that started the civil war.
  • Against Hermann Goering for the bombing that flattened Rotterdam and Bomber Harris for the firebombings of Hamburg, Cologne, Dresden.
  • Against Admiral Yamamoto for Pearl Harbor and Curtis Lemay for the firebombing of Tokyo that killed more than the Nagasaki atom bomb.
  • Against Hirohito for the Rape of Nanjing and Truman for the atomic bombings that got Stalin to call off his Hokkaido invasion plan on August 22, 1945 a week after Japan surrendered.
  • Against the Nazis who attended the Wannsee conference to plan the Shoah and the Jewish brigade of the British army who hunted down and carried out extrajudicial killings of German SS officers of concentration and death camps.
