I taught a one week entrepreneurship course at the Univ. of Economics (FSEGA) in Cluj in 2017 and 2018. The architecture is actually copies Paris. The elderly receptionist in the hotel didn't speak English, German, Italian or Russian, but....French. Beautiful opera house too.
