Here's what the ICJ said: https://x.com/AustralianJA/status/1834170064108704163

THE ICJ DID NOT MAKE A DECISION THAT GENOCIDE IN GAZA WAS PLAUSIBLE

For months, Hamas supporters have incessantly been claiming that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) found “a plausible case of genocide in Gaza.” False.

Joan Donoghue, former president of the court who issued the ruling, says the exact opposite: that the ICJ “didn't decide that the claim of genocide was plausible” nor “that there's a plausible case of genocide.”

Rather the ICJ was referring only to the parties having plausible rights to bring the case - it did NOT decide the claim of genocide was plausible.
