Greece is geographically eastern Europe and geopolitically western Europe, having joined NATO at its founding. The Czech Republic is the reverse, an ex-Warsaw Pact NATO member that's more western than Romania, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia.

Greece is also the most anti-semitic country in Europe according to the ADL surveys: 69% of respondents. Morocco was at 66%.

When the Muslim world stops living in its equivalent of Europe's wars of religion 16th and 17th centuries and adopts secular governance (renounces defining the state as umma), it'll become more peaceful. Renouncing "from the river to the sea" in Palestine is the linchpin of that process.
