At 3 I spoke Yiddish at home with my grandparents from Vinnitsya and Chmelnik. 13 years later I spoke in German with my grandma’s cousins in Jerusalem. 8 years after that I spoke Spanish with my Argentine cousins. In 1985 in Montpellier I spoke French with Algerian Jews who invited me to dinner. We’re all the same people with the same right to sovereignty as Ukrainians, Germans, Argentines and the French. To say no is the essence of anti-semitism: denying to Jews rights that other peoples assume without question.
If my European origins nullify Jewish sovereignty, then the origins of most so called Palestinians from the Ottoman province of Hauran, Syria, Lebanon, Transjordan and Iraq invalidate their right to a state. That said, I’d be happy to have the Arabs of the West Bank and Gaza live in their own demilitarized sovereign state once they renounce “from the river to the sea” and explicitly recognize the Jewish state of Israel within the Clinton parameters Arafat rejected in December 2000.

The British mandatory government documents in the Public Record Office prove that the mandatory government was a sieve through which Arabs from throughout the region immigrated to Palestine, attracted by the higher wages and the economic boom created by Jewish capital and the property rights and rule of law under the British mandate. The Jews bought land from absentee effendi landlords at up to 5x the market price. The effendi sellers were land parcel consolidators engaged in a profitable shakedown business against smaller landowners. Also well documented by the British mandatory government records:

The white colonial settler state myth
65% of Israel is Sephardic, Jews from other Middle Eastern countries, more than 800000+ of whom were expelled and whose property was seized. They’re no whiter than their Arab cousins. Iraq’s 150000 Jews, living there since Babylonian times, were targeted by the Farhud, an anti-British, pro-Nazi pogrom that killed from 780–1000 Jews, in June 1941.
