"30000 civilians dead"--1/3 were combatants. Even the Hamas Death Ministry only claims 29000 total. The ratio of civilian to combatant deaths in Gaza is far lower than in Mosul.
Since those accusing Israel of genocide like to play a civilian casualty numbers game and ignore the intentionality Lemkin's statute demands, let's play a double standard numbers game:
Ratio of Syrian to Gazan deaths: 17 to 1. Have you written 17 articles about Syria for every one about Gaza. Nope. Then you're engaged in double standards anti-semitism.
Ratio of Darfur to Gazan deaths: 10 to 1 since 2002. Have you written ten articles about Darfur to every one about Israel and Gaza. Nope. Same double standards result.
"marching into Gaza = war crime"--By this novel theory the Allies entering Germany and the Americans invading Okinawa and Saipan were war crimes.
"siege warfare"--If the anti-ISIS siege of Mosul wasn't a war crime then Israel's siege of Gaza isn't.
"targeting hospitals, schools, UNRWA HQ"--Civilian objects that store weapons become armories. Civilians objects with terrorists firing RPGs become command posts. This is the law because the statute has the word "undefended" in it. An object no longer undefended loses its protected status. Same for refugee camps.
"blocking incoming aid"--Hamas is the defacto governing authority until it's defeated. Its political wing leader living in Doha, Abu Marzouk, has openly said "The aid that enters Gaza is for the fighters. What's left can go to the people. The attempt by some residents to take the aid, like what happened today in Rafah, will be met with full force. The people must give everything for the resistance. They shouldn't steal the fighters' food."
Amidst starvation in Gaza, Hamas has fuel for rocket barrages. That's the true war crime.
"targeting UN facilities"--UNRWA's HQ was a command post and weapons storage facility. No longer "undefended", under Lemkin's statute, it becomes a legitimate target. The fact that you don't like it morally doesn't change the statute's text.

Hamas and its global supporters like you have said "we must attack every Jew on planet earth" (Fathi Hamad). He's also promised many more Oct 7s. Since the threat is genocidal and existential against not just Israel, but ALL Jews, under the UN statute the military advantage derived from the operation is proportional to the threat posed.
